COVID-19 Update!
We are open at COVID Alert Level 4.
Hi Avatar Honey lovers,
All of New Zealand has moved into COVID Alert Level 4 (Lockdown), as of 11:59pm Tuesday, August 19.
As a primary industry, Avatar Honey NZ Ltd is classified as an essential service.
We will remain open throughout the COVID Alert Level 4 Lockdown.
We will continue to accept and process all customer honey orders at Avatarmanukahoney.com, to be dispatched by courier to addresses within New Zealand and to international destinations. We do not offer a pick-up service from our warehouse.
Honey orders are currently being processed and delivered within our normal timeframes. There may be delays however, due to higher demand and reduced staff in our warehouse.
Please make sure the New Zealand address you give us is accepting inward packages prior to placing your order. Please do not send parcels to New Zealand premises that are closed during Alert Level 4.
Due to high demand, some manuka honey jars are out of stock and will likely be for the duration of the Lockdown period. We will be replenishing our inventory as soon as manufacturing can resume.
During this Lockdown, our beekeepers will be working hard to get our hives up to maximum strength, brimming with bees, for the approaching manuka honey season
